Exchange/Return Opportunity

  • To ensure that you love your new purchase we provide a full 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
  • Jewelry must be returned to us in original condition, unused and unworn. Special orders made to a customer’s specifications are not returnable.
  • Returns are credited in the form of the original payment – credit card to credit card, check to check. You may also choose to have the refund put on a Cross gift card for future jewelry shopping.

Exchanges and Returns

The easiest way to return something to Cross is through the U.S. Mail. A free postage paid and insured label is enclosed with orders under $1,000.00 For returns of orders over $1,000, please call us to request a free label to be e-mailed or mailed to you. Follow the instructions with your label on packaging and mailing. Once we receive your item and it is reviewed and accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days.

For curbside exchanges and returns, call us at 800-433-2988 to make arrangements. We’ll have all the paperwork ready and can have your exchange item ready to go.

How to Prepare a Return

If your order is over $1,000, call us to request a free and insured shipping label. We can e-mail the label to you, or we can print the label and mail it to you.

1.) Fill Out the Exchange/Return Form

Enclosed with your order was a yellow packing slip with exchange/return instructions. If you do not have that form you can print our exchange/return form. Please fill out the information including a phone number in case we need to contact you.

2.) Package Your Item

Place each item in its presentation box. Place the presentation box inside a sturdy cardboard box (you can re-use the white cardboard box your order arrived in). Include the exchange/return form in the box.

Seal the box securely and affix the mailing label.

4. Labels are for the US Post Office

Take the package to the Post Office and have the label scanned– then your insurance is in force. Do not leave the package without having the label scanned. We will contact you when your package is received.
