Orders Under $2,000

Your order will be shipped free of charge by UPS, fully insured. A signature is not required for delivery.

Your estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout. You may upgrade to overnight for $40.

Orders Over $2,000

Your order will ship the next business day with free overnight delivery. Your estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout where you may choose UPS or Postal Service Express Mail.

For your protection, a signature is required upon delivery. If you won’t be home, give us a call at 1-800-433-2988. We can arrange to have your package held at a convenient location for pickup.

Rings That Need Sizing

Rings that need to be sized require additional time before shipping. You can see our current sizing time for an estimate.

Need your ring sooner? Select “No Sizing Yet, Ship Right Away” when ordering, and we’ll send it without sizing.

Shipping to a Different Address

We can ship your order to your workplace or another convenient address.

For your security, when shipping to an address other than your billing address, we verify that your credit card company has the alternate address on file. To avoid delays, please contact your card issuer before ordering and ask them to add your alternate shipping address.

You’re welcome to arrange curbside pickup at our Portland location.

Maine sales tax of 5.5% applies to orders delivered within Maine. We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside Maine.
