I forgot to send a big “Thank You” a few months ago when I received my wedding band and newly crafted engagement ring in the mail. The new ring is virtually identical to the original, which was important to me. I love it and am grateful to each of you who helped us through the process.
We have been admirers of Cross for the twenty-some years that we have subscribed to Down East Magazine and, several years ago, began visiting the store each time we travel to Maine. A few years ago, we bought the compass rose necklace for our daughter. This year, for Christmas, we will give her a pair of pearl earrings which she chose from your catalog. I want to express my sincere appreciation for your recent repair to my Geese Mate for Life pendant. I sent it to Cross for repair on the bail which seemed to have worn a little thin and made me concerned about losing my Geese. I could not have asked for better customer service. And my pendant looks as beautiful as it did the day my husband gave it to me.

Last month I called and placed an order with Caroline for a special pendant, a bracelet, and a necklace as a surprise for my wife. On the phone, Caroline took the time to strategize with me on how I would be able to get the jewelry delivered without my wife knowing before Christmas. The plan worked!
You made her day a very special one. She was total surprised! At the last minute, our son was able to come home from his assignment with the U.S. Air Force and was able to witness her surprise with me. Caroline made our Christmas a very unique one. The shipment came here in outstanding condition. Your “advance notice” plan about the actual shipment delivery worked great. I was able to get to the post office before my wife.
Cross Jewelers is outstanding. From the jewelry I bought last summer with you and the jewelry that was delivered for Christmas, I don’t believe there has been a single day that has gone by that my wife has traveled anywhere without wearing jewelry from Cross and advertising for your store.

I want to thank you for the kindness and consideration you showed me by fixing my husband’s medical alert bracelet in just a few days. About a month ago, I came in with his broken bracelet. He was having surgery the following week and needed it for the hospital. Although it was the height of your season, Stan said he would have it ready in a few days before his surgery. When I returned to pick it up, the lovely saleswoman gave it to me with a pocket angle.
