Orders under $2000 are shipped via FedEx Standard or US Priority Mail. Orders over $2000 are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight or US Express Mail, and are delivered as Signature Required packages. Jewelry must be returned to us in original condition, unused and unworn. Special orders made to a customer’s specifications are not returnable.
