In Maine, the fourth Sunday of March is Maine Maple Sunday. Sugar Houses welcome guests to see the process of tapping trees, collecting sap and boiling it into the syrup that we love to enjoy in a million ways beyond pancakes and waffles (though there are plenty of breakfasts to attend on that day that are excellent!)
