Orders Over $2,000 require a signature on delivery. Won’t be home? Call us to arrange for your package to be held at a convenient location for pick-up.

Rings that need to be sized take extra time (See our current sizing time). If ordering a ring and to get is faster you may select, “No Sizing Yet, Ship Right Away”.

Shipping to an Alternate Address

If you will not be home to sign for your package, Cross Jewelers can arrange to ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination.

For Your Safety

(As a security precaution, to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has the alternate shipping address on file. To assure your order flows smoothly, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.)

Maine State Sales Tax

We do not collect sales tax on anything shipped outside of Maine. Maine State Sales Tax (5.5%) will be added  to orders delivered within the state of Maine.

We ship exclusively USA. We do not ship internationally

Another Option – Curbside Pickup

Please give us a call to place your order. Curbside orders will be ready for pickup the following day (Monday-Saturday) between 9:30am and 4pm.
