Cruiser-Line Ventiports
Cruiser-Line Ventiports appeared as open circles or ovals on the left and right sides of Buicks, 1949 – 1958. Three per side meant a 6 cylinder engine. Four per side meant an 8 cylinder engine.
Ventiports became a deeply loved design detail for the decade. We have introduced the three slotted openings per side for our Newcastle Seaside ring that allows for breathing room beneath the gems.
We think it’s a nice design detail too.
