Spring. A warm evening. A chorus of a thousand frogs arise from the marsh. From such humble beginnings, a frog becomes a prince by the kiss of true love. Our Frog Prince is a perfect symbol of a life transformed.

Little fingers and articulated toes. Arms and legs that reach to catch, waiting for a bug to fly by. Waiting, waiting on a rock. Waiting in the pond. Big bug eyes glowing brightly in the night. Waiting with the patience of a frog. Waiting at the pond’s edge. Listening to the peeps of the night. Waiting for Spring to evolve.
Here are some curious details about this frog. The eyes are deep big blue unblinking sapphires. The frog’s body position is swiveled to the right. On his back are three tiny diamonds set smooth and flush into his satin-finished body. This is an animated active frog ready to spring. This is the finest tiny, sculpted frog I’ve ever seen. This is an amazing piece of jewelry. The frog’s mouth is partially open like he’s about to speak or swallow a bug. If you like frogs, this is an absolute must.
The frog is 14K yellow gold, the chain is 18 inches long with a catch point at 17” and 16”, allowing you to wear it closer. Chain slides freely. Length from the tiny fingers to the long outstretched toes is over an inch.
This is complicated. The chain threads through in curious ways. Frogs have arms and legs and our artist has done a magnificent job of sculpting. If you’re a collector you’ll tolerate the extra 20 seconds it will take you to arrange the chain as you put it on.
The Frog Prince
“Once upon a time, far, far away, there lived a king who had a beautiful daughter who was a princess. For her birthday one year, the king gave her a golden ball as a present. In the middle of their forest there was a very big pond…”
…You know how the story unfolds. Of course you do. You were a kid once and your mom read fairy tale stories to you 1000 times.
“…So she shut her eyes and kissed the frog. Suddenly, the frog had turned into a handsome prince! He told the princess that he had been changed by a wicked witch and that only she could set him free. They fell in love and were married. They lived happily ever after.”
