Once upon a time jewelers could buy small pearls and jewelers did and made jewelry. We made these pins/necklaces 30 years ago at a time when it was still possible to get 3mm pearls in pure white and perfectly matched. The pins are big, bold, beautiful They are made with 32 pearls the setting is 14k yellow gold it measures 1 ½ “ x 1 ¼ “ it’s big. It has a pin stem on the back to wear on a lapel and has a double loop large enough to accept almost any chain you have.
The stone is a green granite from Kennebunkport Maine. It’s a spinach-y sort of green. The stone measures 30×20 millimeters. It’s handsome on a solid color lapel. It’s smart in it’s spinach green framed in white pearls.
