July and August, a white sand beach, a big blue ocean, it felt like it all was a gift from the Gods. Every day was the same. Every day was different. We’d get up, have Cheerios and milk, toast and jam, and a glass of orange juice, put on a bathing suit, and head out the door. Every day was different. Summer went quickly. Summer felt like it lasted forever.

This is our Morning Sun, A Forever Beach Bracelet. A round checkerboard citrine golden glow of another new day. The promise of another new chance. The infinity links are the promise that another new day will always come. This bracelet is a welcome to a new day.

Falling From the Sky

When summer arrived, magic would spin out of Maple trees. Whirligigs, as we called them, helicoptering down, covering sidewalks like snow. We didn’t understand the physics, we just knew this was pure, true magic. To be thoroughly delighted something doesn’t need to be analyzed or even understood. We were always happy to see them. We would gather fistfuls and throw them in the air and watch as they spun back to Earth. Infinity Link Sunrise is the orange glow of that morning sun.

A Forever Beach Bracelet

The first time I went to San Francisco, I stepped out on to Van Ness, the trolley was magic and it was free. I loved the city. I remember the bell and the smell and the sparks of the breaks. I rode down from my hotel to the waterfront. I rode the trolley in the day and into the night.

My hotel was at the top of the hill. I could see north and east. North was the Golden Gate, east the rising sun. I watched fog roll in and swallow the bridge. I watched the sun all gold and orange flood the bay. I understood why people went west. I understood why they stayed. It was all so grand.

Our bracelet is new day sun. It’s rising sun, all golden and pure like honey. Checkerboard top orange citrine, orange sun and the first moments over the horizon’s edge.
