Customer Story: My family has always read the Down East magazine and when I was about 12 or 13 I picked one up. The back page sparked my interest, there was a picture of this beautiful ring, and my grandmother had always told me to buy myself something nice every year for Christmas that way you know you will get what you want, so I cut the picture of the ring out and saved it. I made a promise to myself that when I graduated college I would go to Cross and buy it for myself as a Christmas present.
My boyfriend and I met in second grade and started dating our freshman year of high school. We purchased the house I grew up in from my parents in 2010 and when we were cleaning my childhood bedroom I found the picture of the ring- I giggled and gave it to him.
