Snowflake: One-in-a-Billion Necklace

Sometimes in the midst of a blizzard and a billion billion snowflakes, you get another chance to look at another snowflake. On page 1 of our 2002 Christmas Catalog, we show three sizes of our “Winter Wonderland” snowflake necklace– a small, medium and large. We were surprised at how quickly they sold. We mailed the catalog and in a few days were sold out of the medium and large snowflakes. It was a fierce storm. We thought we were ready. Clearly everyone wanted diamond snowflakes. We checked with our partner who makes our “Winter Wonderland” snowflakes and learned it will be mid to late January for more, and we were stacking orders up for medium and large snowflakes like snow drifts.

We scrambled and made what we consider an astounding discovery: a beautiful diamond snowflake midway in size between our medium and large Winter Wonderland snowflakes. All 14K white gold, set with eighty-four full-cut diamonds. That’s a lot of little sparkly diamonds.

We immediately secured all three of these new snowflakes, now called “One-in-a-Billion” Snowflakes. Yes, that’s light shoveling. It’s a great snowflake.

We love our “Winter Wonderland” snowflakes. We love this new “One-in-a-Billion” snowflake. And yes, we have just three. Our apology in advance because we know these won’t last long.

And yes, when we run out, we will be making more. It’s an awesome look. Late February – early March, we’ll have more of this One-in-a-Billion Snowflake.
