This is a sweet little ring. It’s a Moi et Toi (me and you) design popular from the Napoleonic Era of the 1790s into the Art Deco Era of the 1920s. Napoleon gave Josephine a Moi et Toi ring in 1796 with two gems, a sapphire and a diamond. For over 100 years these by-pass rings had been the rage, adored by thousands.
