Why We Love This Bracelet

Each stone in the bracelet is from a special place on the coast of Maine. Some stones are from islands, some from beaches on the mainland. All stones were tide-washed twice a day and then polished smooth with wet rock brilliance.

The bracelet stones glow, and the colors play well together. The two bracelets look good in a photograph; they look fabulous draped across a wrist. Touch the colors. Listen closely, for you can hear the waves on the shore. Close your eyes, and you can hear the gulls soaring along the cliffs, smell the salt air, and feel the sun on your shoulders every time you wear the bracelet.

The stones were individually picked up along the entire coast of Maine over a three-year period.
