How It’s Made
This piece was hand-pierced: a tiny hole drilled, a tiny steel saw blade inserted, and hand motion jigging up and down delicately, slowly piercing the pattern of the tree and two little birds. It was all done by hand, slowly, carefully. The leaves are hand-stamped one at a time and completed with a soft brush satin finish.

Each necklace is hand-made, hand-pierced, by Caroline. Caroline started as a painter, so she understands composition. Size, shape, balance, and use of negative space all come together so beautifully in this piece. It tells a beautiful story and is as close to aesthetically perfect as any piece of handmade, hand-pierced jewelry we offer.
